Terms & Conditions:

1. All Replacement for all damage/defect, quality issues are eligible within 2 Days from Delivery.
2. The product should not have been used on regular basis.
3. All replacement will be processed after the quality check is cleared.
4. Any product for a replacement that shows improper use or physical damage/torn out box, missing manuals, parts, and accessories will not be replaced and will be returned to the buyer without rendering a reason.
5. Door Step Warranty services will be provided on limited products and only in major cities & not remote areas. Note: RD team has the right to accept or reject the request based on reason or cause shared by the customer.
